AGovx, as a JV Prime, supporting the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Ecological Services is currently implementing a strategic plan to move its platform ECOS away from siloes of customized applications and into the Cloud in a standardized new system, called ECOSphere. ECOSphere will provide secure, cloud-based, spatially based information to internal (FWS) and external users. As part of ECOSphere, siloed, purpose-built ECOS applications are being replaced by a single, integrated, data-driven system.

Agovx provide information technology services to maintain and improve USTDA’s information technology infrastructure. Our services include technical support, maintenance, and administration for network/system operations; applications development and implementation; support Agency’s IT strategic planning and E-Gov initiatives/federal compliance assurance requirements; end-user technical support and training; system and information security, security management and continuous monitoring and backup; mobile phones data communications implementation and maintenance; and Microsoft SharePoint website development and maintenance.

Agovx maintain veteran benefits and improve benefits processing. Services include Intake, Conversion and Mail Handling of all Veterans Benefits data and provide Records Management that records and manages the Veteran Benefits data into the VA system. Agovx supported the contract located across multiple CONUS locations including Coweta, GA; London, KY; Rockcastle, KY and Indianapolis, IN.

Agovx provide telecommunications, telephony and Cyber Security functions and services located onboard Naval Air Station (NAS)/ Joint Reserve Base (JRB) Belle Chasse in New Orleans, Louisiana and Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport in Gulfport, MS.

Agovx provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to provide workstations, network operation and support, hardware and equipment maintenance/repair and other IT related services.

Agovx support supports training and related tasks for the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) Utah and Continental United States (CONUS). We provide following training support categories: Instructional System Development, Training Instruction, Training Related Services, and Instructional Process Improvement.

Agovx provides Security operations, investigation, security engineering, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and Assessment support for National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director (OD). 

Agovx support the full NIH network that includes primary locations in Bethesda, MD as well as numerous off-campus sites located in or close to the National Capital Region, field offices across the U.S., and disaster-recovery centers.  Agovx resolve issues at the Tier 2 and Tier 3 level. Agovx provide IT services including System Integration, Application development, Operations and Maintenance with specialized Oracle Financials support. We support CMS utilizing Oracle Federal Financials to deliver a uniform financial data management system to account for over $1 Trillion claim payment transactions each year. We provide specialized expertise in Oracle EBS Federal Financials and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and BI APPS.
